Tarragon Chicken and Hominy Soup

Mirepoix: yellow onion, celery, red and green bell pepper. Chicken breast, hominy, white mushroom, tarragon, red wine vinegar, sambal oelek, garlic.

All bow to tarragon. What a great flavor, matches great with chicken.
