Traditional mirepoix. Roasted chicken, canned pumpkin, romano cheese, yam, sweet potato, carrot, Anaheim pepper, green onion, onion, kale, cranberry, mashed potato mix, mushroom pate, truffle oil, ginger, cinnamon, corn starch, chicken bouillon, sugar, white pepper, malt vinegar, molasses, lemon juice, parsley.

Martin had a whole lotta lovin mixed into this one, but the pumpkin was up center. Good stuff.

Dog and Chick Soup, aka Mideastern Sausage and Roasted Chickpea Soup

Mirepoix: yellow onion, green and red bell pepper, carrot, fennel. Roasted classic bun-length franks, roasted garbanzo beans, yellow bell pepper, red chard, red potato, dried cranberry, whipping cream, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, parsley, lemon/ginger burst juice, garlic, corn starch.

The roasted chickpeas turned out great–just a bit of crunchiness.

Syrian Sausage Soup

Mirepoix: red onion, rainbow carrot, celery, orange bell pepper. Chicken and apple sausage, angus beef sausage, roasted portobello shroom, oyster shroom, cranberry, chopped walnut, black eyed pea, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, tomato bouillon, humus, cumin, parsley, chive, garlic, cinnamon, nutmeg

As Martin mentioned to me, this needed curds and turkey. Haw haw.

I love adding a bit of cinnamon to things. Such a fun unexpected flavor

Peanut Chicken with Portabella and Cranberry Soup

Mirepoix: yellow onion, celery, green bell pepper. Chicken thigh, portabella shrooms, zucchini, crunchy peanut butter, coconut milk, cranberries, fresh basil, parsley, lime juice, red pepper flakes.
