Standard mirepoix. Sauerkraut, pork sausage, potato, poblano pepper, dried cherry, tomato paste, coconut milk, caraway seed, allspice, fish sauce, beef bouillon, sugar, paprika, parsley, garlic.
A bit different from regular kapustnica, but the cherries and coconut milk helped to even out the piquancy of the kraut.

Mirepoix: yellow onion, bell pepper, carrot. Spiral ham slices, roasted turnips, dried cherry, cauliflower, curry powder, cumin, turmeric, cardamon, sugar, cinnamon, garlic, sambal oelek, black pepper, milk.

Standard mirepoix. Potato, kohlrabi, carrots, dried cherries, curry powder, garlic.
I pureed the mirepoix with some of the potatoes to add some creaminess (had no flour nor starch).
