
Mirepoix: yellow onion, green and red bell pepper, carrot, fennel. Roasted classic bun-length franks, roasted garbanzo beans, yellow bell pepper, red chard, red potato, dried cranberry, whipping cream, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, parsley, lemon/ginger burst juice, garlic, corn starch.
The roasted chickpeas turned out great–just a bit of crunchiness.
