
Mirepoix: yellow onion, celery, red bell pepper. Lamb, chicken sausage, turnip, potato, mushroom, potato chips, tomato paste, flour, cumin, nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, bay leaf, chocolate powder, coffee, paprika, garlic, beef bouillon, tomato bouillon.
I don’t think I’d ever used lamb before–it was good fun using this shy protein. Plus the mix of seasonings was a hoot.
