Mirepoix: red onion, red bell pepper, celery. Pork pistachio pâté, pâté au poivre noir, pork liver mouse, roasted yellow squash, roasted portobello shroom, broccoli, chopped walnuts, teriyaki marinade, Taiwanese pot bottom hot sauce, ginger, sugar, rice wine vinegar, lemon/ginger burst juice.
Another oddball cross-border offering, with a special guest star from Formosa. Had to search quite a while to figure out what it was:
Traditional mirepoix. Roasted chicken, canned pumpkin, romano cheese, yam, sweet potato, carrot, Anaheim pepper, green onion, onion, kale, cranberry, mashed potato mix, mushroom pate, truffle oil, ginger, cinnamon, corn starch, chicken bouillon, sugar, white pepper, malt vinegar, molasses, lemon juice, parsley.
Martin had a whole lotta lovin mixed into this one, but the pumpkin was up center. Good stuff.

Onion, celery, bacon, chorizo, pork pâté, green olive, elbow macaroni, cheese powder, mozzarella cheese, whipping cream, flour.
Pureed the pâté with the onion and celery– a super meaty base. Turned out pretty good. Maybe should have added some tabasco.
