Mirepoix: red onion, carrot, celery. Potato, seared Polish sausage, lentil, whipping cream, dijon mustard, garlic, red wine vinegar.
Pretty straightforward, but dang I love this type of soup. Would have added more carrots, but alas, we had run out.
