We were donated a couple cases of yellow curry paste, so you may see more Asian-inspired offerings in the near future.

Mirepoix: red onion, celery, carrot. Roasted cauliflower, quinoa, raisin, half and half, coconut milk, coconut flakes, curry powder, ginger.
This was a fun one, jam packed with pureed and chunks of cauliflower.

Mirepoix: sadly just yellow onions. Pre-cooked flavored beef (slight Asian taste), tomato, corn, craisons, prunes, cumin, garlic, allspice, cinnamon, beef bouillon, flour.
Beef ahoy. Very savory, but with the prunes and craisons, I think there was a nice balance. An Ayatollah favorite.
