The Swedes make Britpop better than the Brits, and make some good movies, too:
Mirepoix: yellow onion, celery, rainbow carrot. Chicken thigh, portabella mushroom, potato gnocchi, mashed potato mix, milk, tomato paste, tarragon, garlic, parsley, fresh chive.
I found a fun Swedish fish recipe that was chowdery but also had tomato paste in it too. Sounded fun, so I tried it with chicken. I pureed the mirepoix for a little thickness.
