
Covid 19 fears kept our sandwich makers at home today, so I stepped in and made some chicken salad sandwich filling as well as my regular soup. The above was with green, red, and orange bell peppers, Dijon mustard, tarragon, white pepper, and salt.
Below, I used curry powder, turmeric, Greek yogurt, lemon/ginger juice, jalapeno hot sauce, green, red, and orange bell peppers, black pepper, and salt.
